2. You can choose to receive details of our latest properties by email and our agents will contact you when something suitable comes up.
3. Next, we arrange viewings by appointment between 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 12pm on Saturdays.
4. When you have found a suitable property, a holding deposit alongside other documentation will be required to secure the tenancy, the property will normally be placed on 'hold' and all future viewings will be cancelled, however we reserve the right to continue to market the property to others until further references have been completed, where applicable. We only accept one holding deposit payment per property under application. References will be applied for, and your information will be forwarded to the landlord for acceptance.
5. A Tenancy Agreement is drawn up when the landlord confirms they would like to go ahead. We draw up the relevant paperwork, forming an agreement to be signed by both parties.
6. An inventory of the cleanliness and condition of the property is produced. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant. A month's rent and the deposit are payable in advance. The deposit will be reimbursed to you at the end of the tenancy, subject to the agreement and the inventory checkout report.
7. Congratulations you are handed the keys and you can move in to your new home!
