1️⃣ Decide What You’re Looking For & Register Your Interest

2️⃣ Stay in the Loop
Once registered, you can receive email alerts when new properties become available. Our team may also contact you directly if something suitable comes up.
3️⃣ Arrange a Viewing
Viewings are by appointment during office hours:
• Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
We’ll work with you to arrange a convenient time.
4️⃣ Apply for a Property
If you wish to apply, we will first ask you to provide details for all proposed occupiers.
Before any holding deposit is requested, you will be provided with key information about the tenancy, including our Tenant Information Sheet, which explains the process, costs, and your responsibilities.
A holding deposit may then be requested to reserve the property, and referencing will begin.
🔒 Please note:
• Only one holding deposit is accepted per property
• The property may remain marketed until referencing is completed
All properties are advertised at a fixed rental price and we do not accept offers above the advertised rent.
Applications are considered fairly and in line with current legislation.
5️⃣ Referencing & Landlord Approval
All applicants will be subject to referencing checks. Once completed, your application will be submitted to the landlord for a decision.
6️⃣ Tenancy Agreement
If your application is successful, we will prepare the tenancy agreement and arrange for signing at our office.
From 1 May 2026, tenancies are periodic by default and do not have a fixed end date. Tenants may end the tenancy by giving at least two months’ notice.
7️⃣ Inventory & Move-In Costs
A detailed inventory will be prepared and shared with you prior to the start of the tenancy.
At this stage, you will be required to pay:
• One month’s rent in advance (in accordance with current legislation)
• A tenancy deposit equivalent to up to five weeks’ rent, protected in a government-approved scheme
Your deposit will be returned at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the agreement and check-out condition.

8️⃣ Collect Your Keys & Move In
